Shipping and Returns

Turnaround
 
All orders in stock are shipped within 48 hours if the order is placed on Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. All orders that containing items that are out of stock or special order items will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days. If for any given reason an item cannot be shipped within 7 business days, a notification will be sent with a new shipping date. If the new shipping date is deemed unacceptable, the order may be cancelled for a full refund for the items not shipped.
 
Shipping Methods
 
A variety of shipping methods are available at checkout for the convenience of the customer. Carriers offered include:

Order Tracking
 
If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, your order will be updated with the tracking information. Please note some orders may not have tracking numbers.
 
 
Shipping Rates
 
The shipping fees applicable are based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. Total shipping charges will be available at the final checkout page prior to confirming the order. Any disputed shipping charges billed to a customer account or consignee billing will be charged to the customer by Airwill. Delivery times are estimates only and Airwill will not be liable for delays.
 
Please note that the Customer will have to pay any applicable custom duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery of items purchased and that these amounts are not included in the total amount presented at checkout. The courier will provide customs brokerage services unless an alternate broker is specified by the Customer. Brokerage charges will be billed to the Customer. All refused shipments will be charged return shipping.
 
Returns and Cancellations
 
 
Acceptance of cancellations or returns are at the sole discretion of Airwill Electrical Supply Inc. and must be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking or other charges. Refunds and returns due to shipping errors, damage, or loss must be reported to Airwill Electrical Supply Inc. immediately. For all other returns, the product must be returned within 30 days of shipment and must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
 
Returns are only accepted at the Airwill Electrical Supply Inc. Brampton Branch. Returns are only accepted on products that are stocking items. Products that have been modified, cut, or are non-stock items for Airwill Electrical Supply Inc. are non-returnable. Some exceptions may apply.
