Terms and Conditions — Airwill Electrical Supply Inc.

Upon acceptance of this Application, the Customer may purchase goods on credit on the following terms and conditions:

Invoice amounts shall be paid in full within 30 days from the date of the invoice ("Due Date").
Interest on any unpaid invoiced amounts will be charged from the Due Date at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) to the date of payment.
If an invoice is not paid in full by the Due Date, the Customer's account is deemed delinquent.
The Customer agrees to be responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees on a substantial indemnity basis from the date the account became delinquent, and interest at the rate of 18% per annum shall be payable before and after Judgment.
The Customer agrees that all accounts shall be paid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Airwill Electrical Supply Inc. reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or modify credit privileges at its discretion.
The Customer agrees to advise the Company in writing of any changes in ownership or company name, and understands that a new credit application may be requested at any time.
The Company shall not be responsible for any delays encountered in the delivery of its products or materials.
Airwill Electrical Supply Inc. and/or its agents may contact any references given, including banks and credit bureaus, to release and exchange credit, banking, and financial information as necessary to determine credit standing.
The Company may at any time obtain credit information about the Customer from any credit bureau, employer, or other person, and may disclose credit information to credit bureaus and to persons with whom the Customer has or proposes to have financial dealings.
